Homemade bread makes any meal feel special. Learn to make several variations of an easy multi-grain and ciabatta yeast bread.  Participate in our Zoom webinar demonstration or on Facebook Live. Register for the session and we'll send you the recipes ahead of time so you can cook with the Chef.

Daniel Swift is the workforce development coordinator at Windward Community College, focusing on the areas of Hospitality and Food and Beverage education.  He has taught culinary, baking, and pastry hospitality courses for the last 19 years and is host of the AARP Hawai'i Fast Healthy and Ono Cooking series.
